MCUBE dry cabinets use semiconductor-based dehumidification technology. A small dehumidifier chip absorbs moisture from the air inside the cabinet and expels it outside. Yes! MCUBE offers free delivery across Singapore for all models, with no minimum order required. We deliver island-wide including to HDB flats, condominiums, and landed properties.

Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or in cases of high demand. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

All MCUBE dry cabinets come with a comprehensive 5-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the dehumidification system, electrical components, digital displays, door seals, and cabinet structure. It does not cover cosmetic damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, power surges, or normal wear and tear.

Not covered:

• Physical damage from drops, impacts, or scratches
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

To make a warranty claim:

2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos or videos if possible.
3. Our team will assess the claim and arrange inspection, repair, or replacement as needed.

Please keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) for all warranty claims.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns.

If your dry cabinet arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
